Absence Notifications

The LoboRESPECT Advocacy Center facilitates faculty communication for student absences longer than five (5) days.

Respondent Support Services

The University of New Mexico aims to create a safe learning environment for all students. Should a student be identified as a respondent by Compliance Ethics and Equal Opportunity during an investigation, respondents are encouraged to contact the Dean of Students Office to inquire about Respondent Support Services.

Confidential Advocacy @ WRC

The Women’s Resource Center is one of three confidential reporting sites for Title IX misconduct. Their Campus Advocates offer a safe space to report sexual misconduct and access campus and community resources.

Collegiate Recovery Center

The Collegiate Recover Center offers peer-led and peer-organized support for students seeking addiction and substance use recovery support. The center is open to UNM and CNM students.

COSAP

The Campus Office of Substance & Alcohol Prevention (COSAP) provides prevention education and connection to campus and community resources.

Timely Care

A virtual health platform providing medical, counseling, psychiatry, and other services. No insurance required!

Psychiatry @ SHAC

SHAC offers psychiatry appointments for diagnosis, medication management, and treatment interventions above those typically addressed in a routine medical checkup.

Counseling @ WRC

The Women's Resource Center (WRC) offers free counseling, crisis intervention, and more through the Mental Health Collaborative. Appointments are offered in-person and via tele-health

Social Work Intern Program

Housed in the Dean of Students Office, the Social Work Intern Program offers a range of bilingual, non-clinical, services addressing basic needs, case management, and resource referral.

Counseling Services @ SHAC

Counseling services are automatically available to all UNM Main Campus students enrolled in at least 4 credit hours for the current semester. Branch campus students and students taking fewer than 4 credit hours can access counseling service by paying the SHAC Health Fee.

AGORA

A help-line that specializes in mental health and crisis support. Their trained volunteers can assist with grief, depression, suicidal ideation, etc.

Lobo Oasis

Lobo Oasis is a relaxation and spiritual wellness space for students. It allows students to have a quiet space to decompress, stretch, meditate pray, or any other mindfulness activity.
